York Region Board of Education

This is my Final Order disposing of one outstanding issue as referred to in Interim Order M-273, dated February 23, 1994.

In Interim Order M-273, I ordered the York Region Board of Education (the Board) to provide further representations regarding its exercise of discretion under section 6 of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (the Act).

I have received the Board's representations on its exercise of discretion. Taking into consideration the factors referred to in the representations, I find that the Board's exercise of discretion should not be altered on appeal.

ORDER:

I uphold the Board's decision.
