ENDORSEMENT.

This is an application for judicial review of Order M-845, made by the Information and Privacy Commissioner (Ontario) disclosing to Global Health Care Services Inc., information submitted to the Regional Municipality of Ottawa-Carleton by the Applicant.

We are satisfied the application for judicial review be dismissed. We find no error in law. The Commissioner gave the provisions of s. 10(1) of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act an interpretation it can reasonably bear. It is our view the decision of the Commissioner is entitled to a high degree of curial deference.
