Premises and supplies

s9.--(1) The Commissioner may lease any premises and acquire any equipment and supplies necessary for the efficient operation of the office of the Commissioner.

Audit

(2) The accounts and financial transactions of the office of the Commissioner shall be audited annually by the Provincial Auditor. R.S.O. 1990, c. F.31, s. 9.
