Publication of information re institutionss31. The responsible minister shall cause to be published annually a compilation listing all institutions and, in respect of each institution, setting out, (a) where a request for a record should be made; (b) the name and office of the head of the institution; (c) where the material referred to in sections 32, 33, 34 and 45 has been made available; and (d) whether the institution has a library or reading room which is available for public use, and if so, its address.
